Shipping policy

We thank you for your purchase, Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Business Hours are Tues- Friday 11am-6pm. Order processed after those hours will be processed the following business day. We allow our distributors 7-10 business days to ship/receive your order. Example: Orders place on Friday at 7pm will begin processing on Tuesday morning. Then sent to our distributors for shipping.

**Non-shipping orders such as Courses are accessible Immediately after purchase if you created an account during checkout. Which would be to login with the email address you registered with. If you did not create an account or don't recall the email address, email us at rossbeautyacademy@gmail.com. We will email you a copy of the course with in 48hrs. Please keep in mind the business hours. Orders outside of the business hours will be sent during business hours.
